Returns & Refunds policy

• We would like to make it clear that once tubers leave our farm, we cannot be held responsible for their care or quality. Our policy is that we have no control over the conditions in which the tubers are stored, or handled after they leave our farm. We take great care to ensure that our tubers are of the highest quality when they leave our farm, but we cannot guarantee their condition once they are in the hands of others. We advise our customers to handle the tubers with care and to store them properly in order to maintain their quality.

• We also hold no responsibility if tubers do not produce a plant after planting due to environmental factors outside of our control once the tubers have left our farm.

• However if when your order arrives and you are unsure of the quality of your tuber or received a incorrect order, you can email us at hello@riverraefarm.com.au within 24 hrs of receiving your package with some photos of your tuber.

• We do not offer a refund for change of mind.
